I wasn't at home to witness this so I'll relay my wife's words. For the first time in at least 8 years my daughter had what could be said to be a normal night and morning. She fell asleep without any major problems. She managed to sleep through the night without having a bad seizure and woke up to her alarm clock. From there she got dressed, ate, and took care of her dog before school.
When my daughter has seizures during the night she usually has a hard time waking up the next morning, not always but more often than not. She also tends to not be able to use her left arm and hand very well after a bad night. If it's real bad she can have problems walking because she has very little control over her left leg.
Here's to the hope that this becomes the norm for her sometime, the one thing I wish my girl could have is more of a normal childhood.

I'm glad to hear that bro, here's hoping she has many many more nights/mornings like that.
