My media server has been updated for Windows 10
Way back long ago I let you know what I was using for my media "jukebox" and it worked well at the time. Upgrading to Windows 10 meant finding a new way though because Windows 10 does not have Windows Media Center. No WMC means no MyMovies so I switched to Plex. Using Plex allows me to ditch the large .ISO files for each movie I've backed up and transcode it to a smaller file with Handbrake. I slimmed things down quite a bit by using 720p instead of the original 1080p. Now instead of using most of a 5gb raid the movies sit on a 1gb drive. Another great thing about Plex is being able to stream a movie from my home PC when I'm out of town.
